Welcome and alert email redesign. The goals were to explore new layout options which were more visually engaging than existing emails, improve campaign open rates and promote cross marketing efforts.
The hero was designed so customers could quickly distinguish between the various product emails they receive from the company as Dun & Bradstreet Credibility offers many different products and services – all of which visually, have minor differences. To help distinguish one alert from another, each email was color coded and given a corresponding icon representative of the alert type. For the monthly summary, the familiar colors were integrated into the design so customers could quickly access the information most important to them.
Additionally, the Score Change email was designed to be ‘smart’ so a customer could quickly identify a positive change from a negative change to their company’s credit score.View All Work
